I would like to help you dive deeper into your yoga practice. I would like to help you deepen your understanding of what yoga is underneath the physical practice.  I would like to share with you how it can help transform your life and the world around you.

I am a motivated 500 E-RYT Yoga teacher with advanced training in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Ashtanga, and Aerial yoga 

I have a deep yearning to inspire others by raising awareness of the mind-body connection. 

My classes are suited for all levels through a mix of Vinyasa, precise alignment, breath awareness & philosophical teachings.

I wish to motivate and inspire students to connect with their inner self to explore their potential and heal through their yoga practice.
